Ordering
To place an order just browse our online store and when you see an item you want click add to cart. You will see your "shopping cart" and "check out" links in the top right corner.

We accept payment through our website paypal. After you enter your order information you will be forwarded to a payment page on the paypal website. You do not have to have a paypal account to make a payment with paypal.

International orders are shipped via Airmail. Rates vary by region. If you are placing an international order we will calculate your shipping charges after your order is received and email you with your shipping total and send you an invoice for the difference.

Returns
We accept refunds within 30 days of purchase. We do not refund shipping fees unless there was an error on our part. If an item arrives damaged or defective we will attempt to replace your item or provide a refund. Please note that the items on this website sometimes require you to follow special care instructions. Some of our clothing shouldn't go through the dryer, some of our housewares have to be cleaned gently by hand. If an item is damaged because care instructions were not followed we cannot issue a refund. Items requiring special care ship with care instructions.

Privacy
We do not share or sell your personal information. We keep your contact information in case we need to contact you about your order. We occasionally also send out coupons and news about our site. These emails are very infrequent and if you prefer not to receive them you can just let us know and we'll take you off the mailing list.
